About Dr. Winkle
Dr. Jason Winkle is a leadership educator, speaker, and consultant specializing in Catholic leadership formation, virtue-centric leadership development, and organizational culture. With more than two decades of experience as a professor, university administrator, nonprofit executive, and leadership consultant, he brings a rare combination of academic depth, executive leadership experience, and practical application to audiences across corporate, nonprofit, academic, and Church settings.
Dr. Winkle currently serves as CEO of the YMCA of Monroe County and teaches graduate leadership courses. He is a former faculty member at the United States Military Academy and Indiana State University.
He holds academic degrees in philosophy, theology, sport marketing, and leadership, including a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Theology from Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology.
Through Serviam Leadership Group, Dr. Winkle helps leaders integrate Sacred Scripture, Church teaching, virtue, emotional intelligence, communication, and ethical decision-making into the realities of leadership in the workplace, parish, family, and public life.
